Southern Indiana man faces capital punishment for the second time
#1 May 4, 2007
The plea agreement calls for evidence to be presented to a jury, which will decide whether Ward, 34, should be put to death, remain in prison for the rest of his life without the possibility of parole or serve a specified term.
I would suggest that having him serve a specified term is not in the best interest of the public. He might get out and do it again.
