Bus Driver Charged with Murder

Glenn Wade of Woodbridge faces murder charges in the death of Darnell McPherson of Dale City.

I am truly sadened by this event. I rode with Wade every until I moved out of the Prince William area. We always had nice conversations about our children. Never did I see him display any anger toward anyone. Always pleasant, greeted everyone with a smile. I would sometimes see Wade on my way walking to catch the VRE, he would always blow the horn and wave as he passes by. My prayers go out to the other families as well. As one other person commented 2 lives lost and another altered forever.

I too rode his bus, to and from DC for about 2 years. And thought very highly of him, we too talked about kids, family and trips. I am truly saddened; unfortunately the victims are not the only ones whose lives will be changed forever. In this time of need I just hope all sides will walk with God to help them get through the life long scars this has caused for families and friends on both ends of this tragic situation.
