The Tramway is one of the very few positive aspects of El Paso. I think it needs to be privatized. Let a private party take it over and perhaps they'll be able to make it profitable and keep it open. I for one would take like to have a chance at it.

ALL elected politicians are responsible for the failing to balance the federal, state, local. and city budgets ----- Democrats, Republicans, Independants, Palians, conservatives, liberals, middle of the roadians, Palin's New Party, and any other political entity that exists. And since 90% of El Pasoans dont vote, they get what they deserve!
