Kinda of strange isn't it? A comment and suggestion to solve the bickering regarding Judicial Candidate's behavior and all but one is removed,so that only the citizens of that city see it!CENSORSHIP AT TOPIX ...WONDER WHO MADE A CALL? Interesting development out there folks! Each one of us posted this idea of ours, in our local city's Topix under our group name COMMON SENSICAL after Thomas Paine's 1776 pamphlet "COMMON SENSE".Imagine our surprise when 17 hours later we check and all but one (See Hiawassee Topix OBERVE BARRETT IN COURT...PROOF IN PUDDING ) has been removed!

I've noticed ALOT of my posts go M.I.A! Some I admit have foul language in them, BUT I've seen more LIBERAL posts with WORSE remain posted. Funny how that works isn't it!

There are some words that are flagged even if you don't use them in the bad context. When you post if you get a red worded warning when you push the post comment button but still go ahead and post anyway you can be pretty sure your message will not last too long.

about judgeships? how about this
Penn said Stringer was convicted and sentenced to a prison term he should fully serve.
On March 2, he appeared once again before Bagley. Thatís when the judge in open court talked about people who had contacted him on Stringerís behalf.
Those contacts put Bagley in an uncomfortable situation. The Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct says judges should not consider or initiate private conversations about a case unless all parties are involved. In Stringerís case, this would have required his attorneys and the DAís office to be present when people contacted Bagley on Stringerís behalf.
Bagley said Lumpkin County Superior Court Judge Lynn Alderman visited his chambers in February to tell him Stringer was doing well in the community. He said she also dropped the names of a number of politicians, including state Rep. Carl Rogers, R-Gainesville.
