Why don't people sign there names to negative comments. Ashamed?

In my experience i think the chief seemed fair, it is his officers you need to worry about. I dont understand how some of them can be allowed to carry a sidearm. When they can give a person a breathalizer, that person blows .02 and they charge the person with a dui clearly stating on numerous forms that the person was .02 and that was over the limit of .08 and commenting multiple times that they cant understand why that person wasnt in a coma. It just makes ya feel all warm and fuzzy to know they hold our freedom in their hands

Chief Foster does a great job. Of course, those of you who cross his path for the wrong reason don't think so.

So "unknown man" care to elaborate how you feel he abuses his power and what you supposedly reported him to the DA and FBI for? Or are you just slinging mud without a willingness to back it up?

You must have done something in Cleveland and got caught by the Police Department and then asked for a break! Your issue with the Chief being a bully sounds a lot like you did not get your way. The DA in Cleveland is a joke and he has no authority over the Chief! The Chief is a stand up person who treats all citizens the same no matter who they are or who they think they are! The Chief has never done anything in the 10 years or so that I have known him! WOW you contacted the FBI REALLY,I guess you think they have nothing better to do than to investigate officers that actually follow the LAW. Again it sounds like you did not get your way and now you are acting like a spoiled brat... GOOD OLD BOY network maybe you have not noticed because you live in another city but Cleveland has put the good old boy system to rest! Again thanks to Chief Foster.Maybe you should stay in the city for which you claim to come from. Our Chief and his officers work very hard for US and we are proud of them. If you visit Cleveland again try following the laws of the state and the city and I bet you will not have any problems with the Chief or his officers!
