I was very pleased with the service from Sergio. I decided not to have my TV repaired due to the cost. He was not pushy at all and I was not charged one cent. He was very courteous and came to my home the same day I called to request service. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him if the need should arise.

At first I was pleased with Sergio's service because he did seem profession and experience. He took my board with him and bought it back a month later when I was able to pay the 350. for repair. A week later my TV will not come on. I called Sergio and asked him to come and check it out, he had us waiting on Fri. and on Sat., no-show, no phone call or anything and now he will not answer my call. I do understand that you are busy, but my time is vauleable as well. Since you stated in your recording that calls are important, why don't you return mine. I will repost later for an update on this learning experience. Please follow thru with your paying customers, you do apear to be a decent guy.

After deciding to not contact Sergio again he decided to call me last Wednesday stating that he ordered a part for my TV and was committed to fixing it and aplogized for the lack of communication. I was done before he called I was preparing to take legal action. He came on Friday as promised and found that the TV had a shortage in the cord. He didn't have the part, but said it was an easy fix and showed us how to repair the plug. All is good now since we have a TV showing a beautiful picture. What a journey.
Now lets pray that the TV last throughout the warranty.

My plasma screen TV stopped working one Sunday morning. After two weeks of searching and taking my TV to other places; who by the way were wanting to charge me the same price as a brand new TV and would only come to my house and look at it for a price; I stumbled onto Texas Electronics website. While looking at the website I noticed that there was a free estimate and free service call I thought to myself why not give them a call. I'm glad that I did. Sergio was quick to return my call and came out when he said he would a day later. Sergio we very professional unlike some of the other places that I went to. He came picked up my TV and gave me a free estimate which was the best price that I found anywhere in the Houston area, I told him let's do it. Texas Electronics is the best place in town and I wouldn't take my electonics anywhere else now. Texas Electronics is my place and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional company with great service.

My TV was stuck on the OWN network, so I threw it away. Oprah was fat and would not fit on my screen

Our phone message was responded to within twenty minutes. The audio problem with our Sony TV was resolved courteously and efficiently within an hour of our call. I will use Texas Electronics again.

I was really upset on this guy ( Sergio). He did repair my big screen tv successfully. But after 3 months of repairing my tv something went wrong, so I called him to about the problem. He gave me a scheduled to fix it but he was not able to show up. Then another schedule for the 2nd time and 3rd time...but still didn't show up. he didn't even answer my call. MY POINT HERE was HE DID NOT HONOR THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY GIVEN ON THE JOB HE DID. I felt like I was VICTIMIZED BY THE FLY-BY-NIGHT TV REPAIR SHOP. For those people who read this comment and looking for tv repair and etc...you better go to those honest one. but never this one..

Don't do a business on this tv repair shop. This guy (Sergio) is not honest. I had a nightmare experience on this guy. He did not honor the warranty he gave me on his own job. He scheduled me three times and let me waited for nothing. He did not even answer my call. additional infos...read my other comment on this site...

I called to ask about service and Sergio hung up in my face, TWICE! He had a very bad attitude and told me to stop calling his phone and said he doesn't want to do business with me, after I told him I wanted to do business with him. How rude! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my LIFE! DO NOT go to him!
