We couldn't make this up....

This is particularly alarming - an instance where a United States military veteran is being sued by a homeowners association because his flag pole is too high. This man is proud of his flag and proud of his service to our nation. Apparently some of the Board members of the association don't share that pride. In fact, I would imagine that a majority of the Board never served their nation like this Marine did. To every rule, there can be exceptions. In this case, one is warranted. As a State Officer with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, I commend this Marine and urge him to stand tall and not give in to this ridiculous suit.

Obviously, these board members feel the need to feel a sense of power over others.... to the point of being un-grateful and rather snotty.

This is crazy, He served his country to protect liberty and freedom . In my opinion the Hoa board and their lawyers should move to North Korea , For a real education . Im sure its about the money not the flag. Way to milk our veterans . They should be ashamed
