Schools are not places of public accommodation. Only those areas that the general public is allowed such as the office, athletic fields and sporting stadiums are considered "public" under Title III of the ADA. Classrooms, hallways and other areas where students are present during school hours are off-limits to the general public and are not legally included in the "public accommodations" clause of the ADA.
Ms. Taylor needs to review the actual law before making statements such as she has, because the inaccuracies contained in them lead one to question the effectiveness of her organization if she cannot or does not abide by the very law she attempts to quote. One wonders if she really knows what she is doing as far as the service dog training is concerned if she cannot even get straight what laws are applicable to the dogs she supposedly trains.

Guess I'm confused Smithcat. I looked up Title III of the ADA and it says: "Public accomodations" include most places of lodging(such as inns and hotels), recreation, transportation, education, and dining, along with stores, care providers, and places of public displays, among other things.
And above that, Title II prohibits disability discrimination by all public entities at the local (i.e. school district, municipal, city, county) and state level. Public entities must comply with Title II regulations by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Seems to me that schools are included.
