Amnesia/Do you recognize this man?

Do you recognize this man? I posted his picture today on this Web site. There are more pictures of him at Dr. Phil's Web site below. He has amnesia, but thinks he may have been from Indiana. Please help. He must have family or have worked with someone that would recognize him.
