Will do Gary. Right now I'm just waiting on my packet with the information I need to set up my physical and drug test. I do know of people that went through the training before me that have not been called back, so that confirms that everyone that does the 40 hours isn't going to make it. Which is a good thing because there were some real idiots in my group.

Yes I hear you there. I did well in the classroom and fairly well on the floor. The girl in front of me was having a real hard time and wasn't putting things back in order. It cost me a little but I think I am okay.

Does anyone have any info about the salaried group leader positions at KIA? I did my final interview a of weeks ago and was told that I should hear something by the end of that week.

dont know 3bbb...i went to my physical on wed...and have another one tues...there are 2 parts to the physical so be on point

Jack, Ga. Quick Start does the interviews and training. The building is off of Ga. state highway 29 on Gabbettville Rd. Kia never sees the applications until Quick Start reviews the interviews and training and passes on the ones they think are possibly qualified.

Does anyone know when KIA will be notifying applicants who had a successfull interview with the Korean manager (COO) and his American counterparts? Had my final of 3 interviews and have been told that the salaried positions have been put on hold. the final interview was about a month ago.

never heard of salaried positions being put on hold...anyhow i have finished all the steps and is waiting on a start date

Got my preliminary job offer today. 3 1/2 weeks after training.

Received my offer letter for a salaried position on 29 Aug. Will be starting as a Group Leader on 29th of Sept. Will be going to South Korea for training by the 11th of Oct. Anyone know how long the training will last?
