Pipeline projects could add $131 billion to economy: report
A University of Calgary report warns that the Canadian economy will lose out if oilsands crude remains landlocked because new pipeline capacity isn't built to coastal waters.

Thats 131 billion for the canadaian economy, since the field is close Canada's coast you have to wonder why they don't run the pipeline due west and keep their oil mess in their own country.
