Did Mayor Dixon really say "We're taking a great dump, can you imagine, a great dump, and we're turning it into a great jewel, a great jewel that's going to benefit all of us." ?
She really needs to think it through 1st.

This is terrific news for both the nearby communities, the river and its inhabitants. At Hillcrest Elementary in Catonsville (up stream) we raised Perch to release in the river. I often dreaded the thought of the Perch swimming down stream to the harbor. It is a noble cause to tackle such a challenging area. It will be a proud moment when both community members and the fish can enjoy a restored river environment. I would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone involved!
