I ordered flowers for my family (mind you I live 6 hours away). I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement. When I placed the order at no time did the staff state that they couldn't make the arrangement. The arrangement arrived at my parents' house and instead of a Thanksgiving arrangement...they got roses inside a cornucopia. I was truly embarrassed to have this on display among our Thanksgiving spread. Though the flowers are very beautiful. It does not fit into the Thanksgiving theme. I have attempted to contact the company to no avail. I get hung up on when I try and discuss this issue with them. Then, they won't even answer my phone calls. In the future, I will not order from them again. Maybe you can learn from my mistake.

On Tuesday March 3rd I received a potted plant that was almost completely dead. It was 3 to 4 daffodils bulbs with dead stems/leaves and 2 almost dead flowers. These were sent to me from family in memory of my sister's death through FTD. I drove to Sunshine Florist to get a live plant in exchange for the dead one. The owner was so rude demanded I leave her store and keep the plant. She went as far a saying I was ugly & rude and she was going to call the police if I did not leave and she would never deliver to my address again. This is the 3rd time I have received flowers/plants from this florist via FTD or Teleflora from California and each time there was a problem but I never brought it to there attention. I searched the internet and found out they have several complaints against them. I'm going to contact FTD and Teleflora also.

Sunshine Florist in is not a business that I would ever use again. First, my flowers did not arrive at the specified time. Then, when I called, I was told that they had no record of my order, but they would look into and call me back. Next, when I was called back, I was told that my flowers were sent to the wrong funeral home. Once the flowers made it to the funeral home, they were not the ones that I ordered. I called the Monday after the funeral, and I was told that they would look into it and call me back. A week later, I had not been called so I called them. They told me they didn't know why I kept calling back to which I explained to her that I waited on her call for a week. Then, for the first time through this whole ordeal she finally apologized, but made sure to add that "small" substitutions could be made. They changed the entire order! It was the wrong cross - made of birch twigs instead of the one covered in moss that I ordered. I understand a different color or type of flower, but it was an entirely different piece. Her final words to me were that she guessed she would fire whoever took my order since that seemed to be the only thing that would make me happy. She wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise to find a solution. At one point I even had to ask her to stop talking so that I could please explain my side to her. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me. I called back and another girl answered and stated that she wouldn’t talk to me either and hung up on me as well. I would never do business with them again. Ever.
