I have two rooms for rent with a shared bathroom. Each room is going for $450.00. This will include water and waist pick up. Gas and power will be split three ways. The house is located in Cumming, GA and is not even two minutes from GA 400. The house is located in a swim and tennis community and was built in 2007.
