WOW! That's impressive. I pulled up this site to check for seismic activity in your area, and there was none. Check it out, kind of cool! http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recent...

If it wasn't a sonic boom and no seismic activity, that certainly does raise an eyebrow.

Another Louisiana resident here.....the sound that occured on Monday was like nothing I have ever heard. I have lived near naval bases and know sonic booms from aircraft. THIS was LOUD!!!! I was sitting at my computer and it was BAM! Followed by another low boom....the floor shook! Sounded like a transformer blowing but 100 times louder. Some people in Winn Parish had thier windows broken from it. The news is saying nothing but that it occured.....I have NEVER heard anything like this.....you could fell the concussion in your body!

Last night at about 3:30 am I was startled awake by what sounded like interference or static on my childrens monitor. When I got out of bed to investigate I heard a concussive boom that was definitely not a sonic boom. I lived near the Mojave desert and heard jets break the sound barrier, but this was intense! I was really worried. Nothing reported today anywhere, but my sister who is visiting this week also was startled awake by the explosion(?).

That's interesting. There were more earthquakes in Indonesia 7.7, Mexico 7.2, Chile 8.8, Haiti 7.0 in the last few days. California was also hit with over 100 earthquakes yesterday. I can't help but feel that what we're hearing are shifting faults directly related to these earthquakes.

I included a link for you to view. Check out the Earthquakes in the area from yesterday alone! http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recent...

Mysterious Booms heard across the country are a result of adjustment of Tesla Scalar interferometer transmitters outside the United States. Since early 1960s Russian KGB now FSB, has successfully attempted to manipulate North American weather. Now earthquakes are set off with scalar military efforts. Google Sec. of Defense, William Cohen, 1997,Atlanta conference. "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important." Mysterious Booms are a by-product of a scalar event. Google search my name, A.C. Griffith

My husband and I heard a loud boom and the house shook, we thought the wind had blown down a tree. But could not find any down around us. It was somewhere around 9am. Even our cat was acting strange.

Years later, but same thing. Same time. 9AM today... 09.16.13
