How is it that all a ho has to do is get knocked up and she gets stamps, medical, vouchers, a house and many other things that working people can't afford? Just for screwing they get a free living that we pay for. What is wrong with this picture?

I totally agree. Complete ridiculous bullshit. I am at work 2x the time I'm with my family, I can tell you one thing, our family have things and have a sense of accomplishment. That's something that most of the cities population will never understand. That's sad too, I grew up being pushed and influenced to want more and better for the people I care about, that's hard to find in people in this area, everyone settles with struggling, when they don't have to. Im so sick of hearing that it is just the drug problem around here, anything to cover up a sorry ass town. I worked and provided for my family everyday with a drug problem and through recovering, and thru the bullshit of an addiction. You don't have an excuse for your laZziness, you are worthless to your family, friends and your self. You are the epiphany of Harlan county trash.wake up, change it, make something better you piece of sh**s.

It is very sad that is the way it is, but that is partly due to the people that shop out of town, yes, I know it is more expensive here, but spending money is what keeps businesses in business. Trust me, I am guilty I shop out of town, too, but years ago when we didn't have to do so, people did and is caused a lot of the smaller businesses to close, Walmart also had a lot to do with them closing. If they were to tunnel through black mt. you wouldn't see a car in Cumberland, except to pass through going to the mountain.

I have never been out of work here in Cumberland since the 80's. Never drawn the first unemployment check. A will to work people. It didn't always pay well, and some have been really hard, but I wasn't raised by another man's dollar!

You're right! Corbin is now totally wet, even sales in grocery stores and they are making a killing.
