States letting inmates cut even more prison time

FOR THE RECORD EVERYONE.......right after the story came out HE was re-arrested for second degree burglary, clearly he is NOT rehabilitated and should have never been let out of prison!! Clearly he still has criminal and possibly drug addict tendencies, he belongs behind bars!!!!!!!
