It is above and beyond the time this should have been in place. Illegal seems to be a word that these legislators do not recognize.....illegal immigrants, prostitutes, etc. I worry for this country. We are allowing such scumbags to operate in the open, while hard working unemployed taxpayers are suffering. How about looking for more LEGAL and MORAL employment in this state??? Sorry, guess I am believing in miracles.
