These lanes are BS. Other carpoolers and I had to sit in traffic on a Saturday night while the fast trac lanes were empty. No more than 10 cars past in those lanes from El Monte to downtown LA. Why would I buy a transponder and pay a monthy fee for something I might use a few time a year. I'm sure they will just add more in the future. Goverment has gotten so big it can do whatever it wants. No need to vote on anything anymore.
