This was a bad case that shouldnt have been rushed to trial. Many people still think these guys where involved. One of the 3 went to jail for almost 7 years on a plea agreement. If you didn't do a crime would you sign up for 7 years in the pen. One was found not guilty and since his trial has become a one man crime spree in the area to include child related sex offenses. This case was reviewed by several state court judge and was affirmed. The case was assigned to a 90 something year old retired federal judge out of the 4th circuit which is know for many wacky opinions in other cases.
