Review: Fun N Beyond

We rented a moon bounce from Fun-N-Beyond for my sons 7th Birthday party. Although I confirmed with the owner they would deliver the moonbounce the next day before noon they never showed up. They have yet to return our phine called. How shocking a business that provides entertainment for kids parties could be so uncaring and not show up. We will not do business with this company not will any of the parents whose kids were also dissapoointed today.

Im sorry but we were there and tried to deliver. As per my conversation with this lady we were booked for the day of her party and would deliver the day before. We arrived at 1130 am and the only person there was her landscaper who stated that they use the common ground behind their house on top of a small hill. Well without HOA permission we cant just stick moonbounce anywhere. Back to lady, she only gave us her home number but had told us two days earlier she would be home. On returing her phone call the part where she said we would deliver by noon is a conversation I had with her that night after tring to del. Plus she was told we were booked and would try to come back if we could, We do not take deposits and the trip along was over 100miles and her ans to that was Ihope you had a good trip back. BUT WE DO HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT ARE VERY HAPPY WITH US.If she had cared so much about her sons party, would you not have been there, Her ans was she didnt have time to sit around and wait on us. CRAZY customer

and to this paper or company, if you can write things to harm another without hearing both sides, maybe you need to hear from my lawyer

i just want to say that the family of fun-n-beyond company is the nices people i have ever been in contact with. they do the best the can they are customers of my family own resturant and i am a customer of theres i had them for my daughters first birthday party and my forth of july party and i will be getting them this year also the have reasonable prices and they do all that they can do so please do not talk bad about them becuz like he said he told the lady he would try if he could but he was booked for that day ! i love you guys keep up the good work i will be calling you guys soon come in soon to see me

I just had my daughter's 6th bday party over the weekend. This was the best ran moonbounce company iv seen yet...his customer service skills went beyond the expectations you would normally have. He completely sets up and takes down with no rush to you or your party...he loves what he does, and takes great pride in knowing the impact his buisness has on your party. I'm telling everyone I know about him, cause out of ALL the others he is the best.
