Omg, cops can get by with murder? What the heck was the jury thinking? More important a judge thinks this is all the time he should get? I live in Culpeper and this is scary.there was an article the paper,stating we didn't know her mental abilities at

the time.Well what was his to shoot that many time? This does not seem right.
