This story is an outrage. This boob of a cop, Sgt Matt Borders, arrests a guy for drunk driving. He then goes through the guys cell phone pictures. He finds these photos and he radios all his cop buddies to come in and look at the photos. This cop is a piece of sh#t. The good news is that he is no longer a cop. Let this send a message to all cops that you can't always get away with your sleazebag actions. I applaud the other cop who spilled the beans on Sgt Matt Borders. When a cop sees another cop either breaking the law or being a complete sleazebag; he should do the right thing and blow the whistle on him. More often then not, the cops will cover up wrondoing by their "pals", no matter how big a poopie pie they have their fingers in!

Its just a shame that this jacka$$ Borders is going to cost the taxpayers of Culpeper some money. The taxpayers should file a lawsuit against Borders personally for the damages.
