Greene County Man Arrested in Culpeper

Culpeper police arrested a Greene County man wanted in three other counties following a car crash and foot pursuit about 8 a.m. Thursday.

So. The suspect drove up a sidewalk; rammed a house porch with the car; then fled on foot and had to be tracked down using canine. This is what's called being arrested without incident? What then would be an "incident?"

the guy is 49---if he hasn't learned by now that it's hard to outrun a police radio then he never will. it's late in his game to be doing the "Jesse James" routine.
