Cullowhee should have it's own exit off of 23-74.

How many times are we going to have forums,plans,committees????? all of this is a waste of money and time,and then more money and forums,etc...Put it to a vote,at leastdo someting instead of the same ole,same ole....AS MY GRANDFATHER WOULD HAVE SAID..."USE THE POT OR GET OFF OF IT" JUST GITHER DONE!!!!!!!!!
