I think she is doing a good job; I can't wait until next year when Dr. Paine's buddy, Dave Roach starts drawing his big retirement and leaves the county.
Watch the board meetings and you will see how much wrong is going on with our schools and Carol brings it up and he is always going to check on it.

If Carol Smith is still on the board when control is turned over it will not be long before the county is in trouble again. She is about her and her family only. I hope the board appoints someone who does not agree with her 100% like that Ramey boy did.

I think she has been the one person who has held the state department on their toes. They have appointed 3 superintendents who couldn't hold a job anywhere else, like Cabell.
