If it is found that someone at the school (another student or the such) was responsible for the injury and the school administrators (which half of the time don't do anything) were negligent in preventing, or possibly preventing this from happening, then the school, the administrators, and the school board needs to be held accountable. And if it is found out that the student with the injury has been or was the subject of bullying, then the administrators need to be fired for violating the safe schools act due to not enforcing it, or failing to discipline those violating the rules of that act (the bullies). The school has a responsibility, as well as the teachers, administrators there, and the school board to maintain a safe environment for students. And, if it is found that it was not safe for this student at that time, then the school is at fault.

i know this family. the boy is another example of kids being LAZY. he is using this as an excuse to not have to do any, he is lazy. If he has memory loss short term why does his parents leave him alone. if he can be left alone sounds like he is fine. they are just trying to get money so the boy will not have to work because he is LAZY.
whatever

I'm sure they will get lots of money. And then lots of drugs. And then the money goes into their veins. And then their broke. And then living on welfare as a needle junkie. Just the cycle of a gold digger.
