a cash donation to a presidential library or foundation would have got mr. vesco a pardon. vesco would fit well with subprime scamsters of bush era.

Vesco and his crooked pal, Bernie Cornfeld; were typical crooked Republicans, associated with the corrupt NIXON administration.
He had nothing to do with President Clinton.
