Hybrid latinos

The title of this article may strike you as strange, even freakish. But this isn't science fiction, it's a reality in the city of Miami .

By no stretch of the imagination would I call Miami a melting pot.

NY and Ca are melting pots not Miami.

Miami is latin America and the Caribbeans and that is it with a few tokens of other groups thrown in but very few .
Miami-dade ranked as worse run city in USA and you can than the Cuban political "Cosa Nostra" disaster for this.

Mentally more Cubans here are rednecks than not.

I have to say that I agree with you 100%.

I moved here from NY 3 1/2 yrs ago and have never seen such low police, political standards as I have seen in Cuban run Miami-dade but ESP Hialeah.

I find the majority of people here to be "drama queens" who are incapable of easy, user friendly gvm't without drama and turmoil.

I agree and always considered myself hispanic till arrived in Miami the home of the redneck thinking Miami Cuban and was than told I was Anglo who spoke Spanish ,lol.
