Stay away from this company. They falsly advertise free vacation packages for coming in for a vaction plan presentation. the gifts they give are far less value then what you are told. They blame their "so called" marketing company for giving incorrect info. I then sent in for one vacation they where offering and received a brochure asking for $100.00 to get the vacation voucher. I checked out this part of the company called PTS travel on the internet only to find scores of complaints from people who sent them money and got nothing. I Hope these guys get run out of town!

Completely fraudelent - and the worst part is that when going to reedem your "gift" after sitting through 3 hours of high pressure sales they are using a charity called Operation Homefront stating that x amount of dollars will be received by veterans .... how dare they use our military this way!!!!!

We attended the seminar because of the promise of 2 nights at a nice hotel. I thought it was a great idea because we have had some nice trips to do a timeshare seminar. First, it was longer than expected, Vladimir, the VP of something was pretty slick. They kept us with the "travel consultant" (Scott)longer with a ruse that he had to wait for our "prizes". He promised us more than they actually gave us in the end. They started out asking us to sign up with the price of $11,900 and ended up with price of $2,900. If this is something you want, wait it out, it will get much cheaper. After I received the certificate, I looked on the back a realized that we had to pay upfront. I called Vladimir who had an answer for everything. I do not trust him and will not send in any money and just chalk it up to experience.

I just bought the Global Travel membership for $4900. I hope it provides the value they say it does. I got 4 stars/weeks, passed on my gift and 4 express weeks. Based on the comments above, I wonder if I could have gotten this for $2,900??? Not sure how I feel at this point until I utilize the vacations.

I just got a cold call from on my cell phone and the package sounds interesting, but the call first offered two flights, hotel and $200 in gas. Later in the call it was $300. They introduce themselves as American West, then find they company is Global Travel. The agent says he is from Seattle on the phone but when I stop by their office their marketing company is in Florida. Their office has been in Crystal Lake for only few months. Sounds pretty suspicious and based on comments above, think I will pass on my "free" vacation.

You can get 4 stars for $4900, 3 stars for $3900, and I guess that we didn't wait long enough to get them down to the 2 star deal for $2900. We did get extra expressway weeks and they waived the first year activity fee and registration. If the places are nice, it is a good deal.

I purchased a 2star program 4 years ago. My family has vacationed atleast 3 times on this program, we love it. All the resorts were very family friendly. We are actually planning to upgrade our program to the 4stars. The stars are worth the extra money when you travel more than 1 week a year. It really is a good deal.

Global was great to my wife and I. We get to vacation every year now that we save tons of money on our accomodations. The did everything they said the can do, and now we'll be on a cruise ship for new years!! There was no pressure at all from the sales reps... It was pretty much either we wanted it or not!! Global even offered extra incentives as opposed to the gift from the marketing company, which was awesome!! Been a meneber for 3 months now and have already been to Sedona twice!! Thanks Global!!

We just went last night. Yes we bought it.We did the 3900 package. We plan to go to Florida in June or July.I think everybody who filled out a raffle at the mall had their names pulled from the box.We got there at six and didn't get out till nine. The place was packed. As for the gift, they give you have the choice to trade your gift for two extra weeks. We told the sales rep we'll take the two weeks but I still wanted to see what I could have won.So at the end of it all we go to the desk and I'm given the choice of Four scratch off type cards. Each card had one circle to be scratched off.It was the vacation. As EXPECTED the sales reps lay the pressure on. I havn't been on a vacation yet but when I do I'll tell you how it went

Got the call (said it was America West) that I won. Went and listened. Got to sit down with the owner who just happened to be there, Daniel Gold. The price went from $14,900 to $11,900 to $7,900(special beacuse it was a special anniversary, since 1987?) Then the owner made me a deal for 2 stars @$2,500 + tax + 20 bonus weeks! The owner never gave me his business card as I requested several times and probably lied about his name. OH, he took the tax off also after I challenged it. Way too slick for me. There for 3 hours, too. We have problems getting the weeks we want with RCI already, and there a good company. This one is not a scam, but never will live up to all their representations. The owner is only interested in your money and volume. HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS for sure!
