Judge Finds Sufficient Evidence In Surdyka Case

A judge in Rockville Superior Court today found sufficient evidence to allow the state's prosecution of Justin Surdyka for the murder of Jorge River to continue.

im so relieved that the judge found sufficient evidence to justify the serious charge against justin because he murdered my brother Jorge Rivera and every day i shed tears thinking about what he did to our family i hope that he gets locked up for the rest of his life and realizes wat he did to me and my family!!!!
