As you know the Attorney General was represented throughout the Labor Commissioner Hearing by members of her staff and she also reviewed the Labor Commissioner decision before it was made public. We believe this makes the Attorney General just as culpable as the Labor Commissioner in the illogical and absurd decision rendered concerning Steve Wynn’s illegal confiscation of dealers tips.
