Somebody doesn't pay attention to current events. There are two whole states that have legalized it for recreational use, and 18 states (and D.C.) that have decriminalized it for medical purposes.

Oh, I thought it was a lawyer, it's just that Fogel clown.

As many loopy and outrageous causes as he's championed, he must be on some DNC grant program.

You cannot possess marijuana without buying or growing it. It is time to stop messing aroung and legalize it.

I think Virginia should follow Colorado and Washington state and make it legal so we can tax it and turn our deficit into a surplus.

Vermont may soon follow its New England neighbors in decriminalizing small amounts of marijuana. A tri-partisan bill has recently been introduced in the state House that would make the penalty for adults caught with less than two ounces of marijuana simply a $100 fine. A similar bill was also introduced in the state Senate but it would set the limit at one ounce.

Why?????????? For you to say that you must really be uninformed about marijuana! I bet you believe all of the bullsh*t and lies that the government has fed the public for years about the dangers of marijuana and how it is the gateway drug to hard drugs. It is all lies and you are ignorant!

Some weeded up junkie breaks into a home with an assault weapon and kills a family for weed! I have seen a lot of kids get hooked on the pot! Cops love this stuff also, do we really want drugged up cops patroling our counties? Pot leads to coke, ask any pothead how great coke is! I see the effects of this crap every day at work, the university suffers from it now!

Wow, lets just decide to give no jail time for any drug possession or sales. Guys, it is ILLEGAL. And, to such moment it is not, there needs to be punishment for it. Appropriate punishment is not a slap on the wrist and turn em out to do more. What is going to happen when it becomes legal? Is there going to be a drug test for drivers, thought to be under the influence? Like alcohol, it does create problems in behavior in the driving lanes. Are they going to take away our rights to sue them for driving under the influence and injuring us or our families? This town is supposed to be a college town, with well educated people in it. Kids participate, but they are young adults too, and need to learn the difference between right and wrong.

Never got hooked on coke, thats a ruse used by idiots and right wing neanderthals to keep pot illegal. I don't condone the use of any mind altering drug, even alcohol, but weed? better that than getting hooked on the Bible.
