<quoted text>Given that the body was found 8 or 10 miles from JPJ, someone obviously transported Morgan Harrington from the area. She didn't walk that far, wander into a field and die of exposure. Now, it could be she was already dead when she was taken away from the vicinity of the arena. It's also a very real possibility her hitchhiking paid off (very badly) and someone stopped to give her a ride. I'm pretty sure that's LE's theory of what happened. Reading your comments, I can guess very well where you get your "information," I read there too until I realized that everyone who lives in Albemarle is either a murderer or an accomplice to murder. You've bent a lot of what has been released or speculated on to fit your view of what happened and ignored other real information that's been released. I do agree that it's very likely the Sketch looks nothing like the killer. It's very generic. I also agree that's it very possible he's no longer in the area, not necessarily no longer in the country. And I do agree, the killer needs to be caught, not because he killed a girl named Morgan Harrington, but because he killed another human being and he's likely to do it again.
See, we're back to square one, although you are in a bit of a better spot after removing yourself from the "warriors"
"Kenny" can't stay away from this forum with the endless chatter and unproven "details"
We still have ZERO facts proving there was a murder, just a start and a finish. Anything else is speculation, if it was anything more, don't you think there would have been a family press conference or a new memorial set up?

Roberta, hilarious, I used to read there too until I realized it's all just borderline libelous, puffed up non-information. One conspiracy theory after another. No thanks.

Laughing with Fools: Not everyone that has tried to help is one of the ĎWarriors.í I donít see why you have to belittle the actions of people who are discussing something to genuinely help. I know you donít believe this, either, but the FBI believes the man connected by DNA is the killer. They say that on their website. They may lie to a suspect, but I donít think they would lie to the public in all media coverage of this:

http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2012/june/hel...

There was huge media coverage with this information which was released last June, with billboards up and down the east coast, the family had several press articles regarding this as well.

I also havenít seen any evidence of Kenny on this discussion. Perhaps you should be laughing at yourself.

The fact of the matter is, and the these are facts(dispute if you wish, I promise my information comes from a pretty reliable bunch of resources), is that nobody can prove HOW MH appeared on the farm, in the location the remains were found. Nobody can prove HOW the remains were damaged. Of course this has led to some of the "helpers" as we can call them coming up with anything from body dumps from airplanes to being hit by a car and dragged thru the woods. Helping is one thing, but wild goose chases is another. There is a reason the Harringtons shut down their website/forum, the main reason being it was generating numerous calls daily to the VSP every time the members came up with a new pipe dream after seeing a picture of the farm taken years before, or footage of the concert taken on a cell phone from 300ft away.
There is also no question that MH came in physical contact with the DNA donor, however to what extent is unknown. The condx of the remains were not such that would give you an accurate DNA sample regardless.
I have nothing else to say on this matter, it's far easier to just turn the channel and flip the page next time there is a media blast. If there is a info release from VSP, then it will be worth paying attention to. the bottom line is, not every case will be solved. It would be nice to be able to put this to rest, hundreds of people have invested tens of thousands of hours into this case, but sadly enough coming up short.

Oh, Laughing at the Fools, I think you think you know a lot more than you do and you sure overstate it. I know for a fact one thing you just said (stated as a fact) is so WRONG. Donít represent yourself as an authority when you arenít. Maybe you should start thinking your sources aren't so reliable. It's easy to come on here and argue that it's so bleak and won't be solved, that they know nothing- the thing is, not everything the police know has been released to the public and that is how it should be.

Good points, Both Sides.
People have really had fun with conspiracy theories regarding Morgan and have risked ruining people's lives in the process. Bloggers, interested facebook friends, etc. It serves no purpose other than to alienate all locals, local law enforcement, anyone to do with UVa, and so on. In the end, as you say, it will unfortunately take this guy leaving his DNA on another rape victim or dead body, and he may be no where near Albemarle County, nor from Albemarle County.
It could be a friend of a local who was in town that night, and the two were out checking out the concert scene when Morgan wondered away from the arena between sets. Could be they partied, or intended to, when she either passed out from alcohol, or concussion...don't know if they'd be able to tell that now...and they dumped her body on farmland. Could be as simple as that, but hard to solve until he messes up and leaves his DNA somewhere else. It's not a great thing to have to hope for.
Does sound like a grim wait.

There is the outside chance technology catches up with him , familial DNA , He slips up in a non violent felony and gets tagged in The Matrix of a Criminal DNA Database , Or maybe LE has more than one DNA they are sitting on . Yes statisitcs seem to be on the bad guys side in these cases , The bad guy can't win all the time.

Who knows , I have yet to see any proof the Dashad Smith case and Morgans are not related ..... That could be good news, They may have him pinned down ...... 3 years is a long cooling off period for a person who went from rape to murder . Maybe they have him pinned down like an animal , he can't move but LE is making NO MISTAKES on their part so this animal doesnt walk free.

He will slip up , they always do .

Not always an easy wait... but can pay off

Does what it looks like to a non medical professional excuse not having it looked at? Don't they have EMT's all over the sporting events? If it is an injury on the head, however minor, it should have been looked at, because you really don't know the severity. But we do know it happened inside JPJA, so there should have been some inquiry - especially since this person was headed outside.
Sure there are EMTs but did any of them see her fall? If the girl in the bathroom dabbing her chin with a paper towel was Morgan, did the people who saw her say that it was a really noticeable injury or was it a small scrape? Were these the same people who offered to help her and she refused? Other than saying she cut her chin, I've never heard the injury described. Did she ask for treatment from the EMTs? Maybe the Harrington's know more than the public know about the injury and who saw it. If anyone has the right to know it's certainly them.

Smart money says the dna was found with the body. It's the only timing that makes sense, given the amount of time from when her body was found until the time they discovered the link to the other crime.

DNA, if found as you state with the remains should link to the "panera" bread shirt drapped out on display 2 miles from JPJA , I think I read it was flying like a flag on bush. I always found the timing interesting as to WHO < WHAT < WHEN WHERE AND WHY ...Of that shirt.

But I just have random thoughts... Such as Morgan never left that lot under her own power....nor is their any evidence admissable in court or strong enough to secure a warrent from the "dogs' or their handlers to prove otherwise. I would send the dogs to the park for a run while I had GRANNY pinned down talking about that "SMACK" she heard , the info she revealed that was not common public knowledge and the broken timeline of when Morgans phone LOST POWER.

Thats just a start... I would never STOP screaming for someone to explain why there is no Video and somebody needs to explain why a person working the door made a statement they wished they would have done more....... I would not stop until I was the last person standing asking the questions.

I don't think the VSP thinks for a min this person is going to come to them, he is too smart for that. They gonna have to go get him , they are just waiting on him to slip up in the right place at he right time. But there may be a vibration ...something moving..slow but moving... besides ther is 2 other people missing from downtown c-ville... they may have learned from the MH case beter proto-call for these situations.

Good , your deductive reasoning rocks .....Your years of sticking it to the victim in the cleverest of ways for whatever reason .

Not so cool .

Maybe you can look at the Dahsad Smith case and the other witness who are both missing persons. Another family awaits with fresh wounds and looking for answers.

Why would there have to be dna on the shirt other than Morgan's?

How could it not if Morgan wore this shirt to the concert. if she wore it anywhere at all ,,,, there is more than one DNA tranfer of one kind or another

I don't feel Morgan placed it there herself. Maybe she did and I am overlooking that thought.

If Morgan wore the shirt reported to the venue reported , later reported found draped across a bush 2 miles from JPJA.
Its covered in DNA tranfer.
Thats just science.
Everything else . who knows.... 3 years later I read where VSP stated Lt. Rader retired never investigated the case. maybe it's been cleared up ..
I dunno

Lt Rader was in charge of the Appomattox field office of the BCI unit of the VSP. He was in charge of the unit that did the investigations. He also did the press interviews for certain investigations. He was not an investigator. Dino Cappuzzo was lead investigator. Someone made a clerical error in a press release and incorrectly called him lead investigator. Does it matter that he didnít investigate it? Another agent did. Rader gave us the information. He never represented himself as an investigator.

Morgan wore the Pantera shirt, it definitely had her DNA on it, but that doesnít mean it had enough of someone elseís DNA on it to register on a test. And, it was a Pantera t-shirt, with a picture and name of the band, not Panera bread.

The unfortunate truth of it is we donít know what has been investigated or why it was debunked.ďThe ParkĒ is actually a parking lot maybe a half mile (at least) away from JPJA on the other side of the business school. FAR AWAY. It was only relevant to a blogger from another state who thought a stolen purse report might be Morgan trying to get into her car. It was someone else with an actual car break in. The granny Ė we donít know why her story was debunked. But the police probably do. They have been over all these things. Granted a lot of people donít believe them. But they arenít going to tell us everything they know just because weíre unsatisfied with what we know. Lots wish they would. But truly, we donít really know much truth about anyone representing in this case.

Sounds like you have spent some chasing the person who murdered Morgan . I am sorry if I am wrong, but your words bleed frustration... understood .
Ever thought about redirecting your energy to the other victims , Morgan killer has more than Morgan as a victim maybe help them keep their next cause active ? Maybe volunteer for a year doing something you love and take a break . You can't chace Monsters all the time..... Nobody can hurt Morgan , Morgan is fine..... but their are other outlets to focus your energy.... until you recharge.
Just some random thoughts . Dont let him win !
Ya idiot they still make those and they even still sell them. Guess what? You can even read them online. I'm not from some podunk small city, so in the big city that's what they're called. Maybe you should try reading one and you could learn the difference between there and their. Your random thoughts are about as moot as your sisters blog!!!

First off Clyde I'm a guy... Secondly, 3 concussions in a 20yr span playing Ice Hockey from pee-wee to college says I'm exactly right. Which is why you see every player in the NHL wearing mouth pieces NOW,as opposed to 10 years ago. When one get's hit in the head the upper jaw and the lower jaw collide; hence your teeth colliding. I guess manly contact sports aren't up your alley,eh? Is that the only way a person get's concussed? No. Did Morgan have a concussion? Probably not. All I was doing was saying it is possible to hit your chin and get a concussion. I won't volunteer in the medical field if you promise not to teach English lessons to the cross dressers in VA!!!!! OK

Wrong. Concussions are caused by the movement of the head. Mouth guards do not play any role in prevention of concussions. They only protect you from knocking out your teeth. It's the violent, sudden movement that happens from a blow to the head or the head hitting the ground that causes the brain to move resulting in a concussion. Also, the one person who thought she might have seen Morgan in the bathroom with a scraped chin didn't see her fall in the bathroom. The ladies room is a pretty crowded place too. Someone would have seen her fall.
I'm not completely wrong.. Do some research into why players in the NHL all of a sudden all wear mouth pieces in this current day and age. Trust me it's not bc their dental HMO has increased over time. I've played hockey for 20 yrs at a very competitive pace, and the mouth pieces have very little to do with our teeth. In fact there aren't many players these days who don't have a few fake teeth in their mouth's. If the mouth pieces "only protected your teeth" ( you must be a chick,eh?) then why would they be mandatory to wear along with a full cage or a full visor? Surely, a puck coming at you at say 100mph isn't breaking through a cage or visor and going to knock your teeth out, lol. Are you picking up what I'm laying down woman? hahaha.. Look it up Ma'am..

Some guy herein appears oddly obsessed with persuading us that no crime occurred and that somehow a drunk girl, in fashion boots, wandered 9 miles, unseen, down Rt 29, in the cold October dark, over hills, dales, ravines, over fences, through gates, into the deepest, forlorn recesses of a private cattle farm and then died. Why would anyone posit something so patently implausible?
