Hunters cause greater deer movement. Hunters are presently inside Neshaminy State Park which is closeby. One explanation could be that this deer was attempting to flee a human predator in the park or elsewhere. Then again it is rutting season which puts deer at greater risk for accidents. Motorists should be most vigilant.
