But it's a victory that comes at an enormous cost to America. Tea Party Republicans came within just 24 hours of defaulting on our national debt for the first time in U.S. history. They made our government look dysfunctional to the rest of the world, and brought us to the verge of wreaking havoc on the global economy.

Why are you crying over it? Who cares? It's not the first time it's taken place and won't be the last. Hold your pants up.

Gore lied:

New Study:’2013 ranks as one of the least extreme U.S. weather years ever’– Many bad weather events at ‘historically low levels’

'Whether you’re talking about tornadoes, wildfires, extreme heat or hurricanes, the good news is that weather-related disasters in the US are all way down this year compared to recent years and, in some cases, down to historically low levels.'

Tornadoes:'lowest total in several decades'

Number of wildfires:'On pace to be the lowest it has been in the past ten years'

Extreme Heat: The number of 100 degree days may 'turn out to be the lowest in about 100 years of records'

Hurricanes:'We are currently in the longest period (8 years) since the Civil War Era without a major hurricane strike in the US (i.e., category 3, 4 or 5)'( last major hurricane to strike the US was Hurricane Wilma in 2005)

The enforcement of AB 32 will cause an economic disaster for California that will keep other states from passing such legislation, and probably do more harm for the cause than it will help the environment.
Better we lose a few jobs - people can be retrained - than lose the planet to sea-level rise, oceans to acidic to support life, extended heat waves and droughts and dried up aquifers. Vote NO on suspending AB32.

Your an idiot. U do realize that it's natural to have fires, it has nothing to do with global warming. The forest has had fires for the past million years. The problem is people move to their trophy homes built in the forest. And U do realize that storms are natural? Global warming is phony science that was concocted to justify implementation of an international political agenda. The idea of using ‘man-caused global warming’ as a ‘surrogate for war’ and as a way to ‘destroy excess wealth’ originated in American and UN-related think tanks such as the Club of Rome back in the 60′s and 70′s. This pseudo-science is the centerpiece of a phony environmental movement by which the UN hopes to redistribute wealth in the world. Follow the money, not the heat.

Don't be ridiculous, AB32 won't save the planet, stop sea-level rise or stop ocean acidification. Those lost jobs go to places where businesses are encouraged to produce and use energy and fuel. And they aren't 'few', we are losing too many jobs.
