Was driving the 5 and noticed a very tall mesh fence on or right, south bound, about 4 mile north of Newman. My girlfriend and I thought it might be a lake or something, the fence was about 25 ft high and bends in at the top! Just wondering what it was.

We even thought it might be a prison, given the height of the fence. Thanks
