Send out the NO-MATCH letters. Then the company can turn it over to the police investigators.

This company is just playing games. After a few of those "employee's" were interviewed, they didnt return to work. Gee that would send any signals to me....They just need to fine this company, make them pay all the back taxes have them use E Verify in the future.

Apparently a company believes they're above the law? The company will not win! Maybe the company has already received No-Match letters and ignored them also? I found the part about if the county dropped the investigation the employer would comply. Wrong!
