Ninety percent of Navajos cannot read, write or speak proper English. How's that for remote and wireless? All those Navajo hitchhikers going to Farmington talking on their government paid-for cell phones, I wonder why they don't call a taxi? Just wondering. I even see sheepherders walking or riding around talking on their cell phones. I asked a Navajo at the Sales Barn the other day that was sitting next to me if I could make a call on his phone. He advised me had lost the battery last week. He had been retrieving the phone all morning and "making calls" to someone all morning! How funny is that???!!!! I would have thought he was fibbing, but he showed me the hole where the battery should have been.

90% don't know English. WOW. Now I know why Farmington is full of Natives going to school at FHS and PVHS. They want to learn English, German, Spanish, French, and Navajo. Never know who they might marry. I cannot blame them. Navajo hitch hike to Farmington, because of the free lunch for the homeless people. Some good stew. HMMM,good. Just south of Animas Street, next to the car wash. Who would pay for a taxi. Farmington has a bunch of Red Apples Buses running around Farmington, it even goes to Kirtland. A lot cheaper than a Taxi. Next thing, sheepherders will be using GPS Tracking on their sheep. I would'nt doubt, one REZ sheepherder already has that TECH on his sheep. Smart Injun, don't let some stranger use cell phone. Don't know where stranger's mouth has been in the last 24 hours. Would you let me use your cell phone, if you knew what I did last night. My hair all messed up, yellow food particles around my lips, red eyes, battle scars on my neck. Ms. Vampire was out. Muddy clothes on, like I just came from Windowrock fair. Mud Boggin at the Summit. Come on, Give Me Some Crumbs let me use your Cell Phone. Please.

Just through good money after bad; the Navajo Nation must be related to Rob Mayes who spent hundreds of millions of Stimulus Dollars to fund projects that will never be used.

Heck ya, Bottom Ash, you can "my phone" any time. I get it only every other week. Only one per family was issued. Mine has a battery when it's my turn to use it.

BTW, what happened to that guy(s) that ground up the drunk-passed out Navajo, besides nothing. He's out in the Blanco area grinding up a storm. Those Spaniards don't stay sleeping in the bushes. They wake up from their siestas and run like hell. They are either smarter than Navajos or just plain scaredy-cats. How's that for wireless and disconnected? Can you hear me now??? lol

I only hope that NTUA does not use this as a tool to raise their prices for needed utilities, the broadband, and cell tower access. What OnSat did was create a monopoly where no one else could provide the same service and the tribe allowed it. The rez is ripe for corruption.

Tell us something we don't already know. Ripe? It is way over mature. Corruption is being harvested as we speak. It has been harvested year-round for the past 60 years.

like FACEbook,is also great for spreading rumors, engaging in gossip, and bullying. Sad, and so self-defeating how it can be used.

What does it mean, Grandfather. Gramma says, it's telling us we are dying a slow death because we breath all the heavy metal particulates. What does that mean, Grandfather? She also says they give us cheap cell phones that dont work and other trinkets so we don't complain. Tell me it ain't true, Grandfather. Gramma says that our people were much happier when the Spanish brought us horses and sheep. Don't you think we would be much better off under a Spanish King than a Black president and a lying cheating Navajo president with a third grade education, Grandfather? This black president is just using my older cousins for cannon fodder the same way the old presidents used the code talkers. When they are finished using them like toilet paper they dispose of them back to the reservation where they die useless and unwanted. What is wrong with this picture, Grandfather?

This guy, "give us some crumbs"(or girl, or whatever) is a troll.... just trying to stir crap. I see he's moved over here after getting a thorough thrashing on one of the other forums.... I doubt he (it, whatever) is Navajo, or even Native American of any kind.
