im not letting anything happen. but by telling everyone on here the things i KNOW that happen, i would be exposing who i am. ill just say this. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR CHILD. if something seriously wrong is going on, by all means, report it. but some people do have personal grudges against others, and i dont want the kids to suffer because of it.

I,too, risk my anonymity by giving specifics but be reassured my concerns have been dealt with the administration several times and since the issues didn't involve my own child I wasn't allowed to "officially file a complaint".I was assured that the matters would be taken into consideration and that they would be documenting it as hearsay but credible for future reference if any of the students were harassed in the same manner again and REPORTED it, it would be handled more appropriately.Believe me this is no grudge match.I am a concerned parent and dead set against any form of leary sexual comments, insulting one for his/her disabilities, and using the teaching position to pressure friendships of the younger impressionable minds.I have to agree with the above to suggest you talk to your children and find out from them what they deal with daily at school and don't be afraid to take their concerns seriously. There is alot of bullying by peers as well as teachers and other staff and ZERO TOLERANCE should apply to all....

They are a great family, if you knew them you would know. You are a pretty sad person to go on hear and talk crap about someone and using names. They would give the shirts off their backs if someone needed help. Just because a person has money does not mean they are terrible people. And for speaking of what happended with the teacher, no one knows what really happened. I could careless. And CPCS is rated a very good school, if you do not like it, send them to another school or home teach.

So the guy on the school board who just got a DWI in Glens Falls should be kicked off the school board.

Hmmm.... good point. Let's compare the two: A board member who may or may not have been exchanging words (yelling) with someone on the street who may or may not have been harming (hitting) and/or verbally abusing a child, VS a board member who did get a DWI or DUI (as seen in the Post Star). Who would I rather have making decisions for the best interest of my children and the district? Gee, that's a tough one folks.

I know nothing about someone "A board member who may or may not have been exchanging words (yelling) with someone on the street who may or may not have been harming (hitting) and/or verbally abusing a child" but I bet if we looked in all the BOE presnt or past parenthood I assure you a lot of them prolly have "exchanged words" and for hitting and or abusing a child and someone is aweare of it should maybe get a few words from the troopers and when the towns people hear about it I assure you would get kicked off the BOE.

You misunderstood my post. The board member was protecting, or reacting to, a situation where a child may have been in danger. I say "may or may not have" only because I was not there to directly observe the incident. To further explain, I wanted to point out that much of this thread has attacked said board member, while it is the actions of a completely different board member that perhaps should be brought into question and certainly concerns me as a parent and district resident.

I guess when you have the money you get what you want. The latest is now involving a teacher in the school. Yes, it involves her child. if you have money you can do alot. Budwick Central School in the Town of Budwickville, should be placed in the town.
What do you think? Look at the people who run our schools they care only about the $$$$$$$$$$ and they have it.
Please, if someone was talking smack to your child wouldn't you demand action? I would, I would go in front of the school board and demand it. People who run our schools only care about the money? I guess you need to look outside the box and learn for yourself, not by the gossip game.

I guess I am lost, I am not asking for names but with them I could fiqure it out. But all is all I do not want to know names so i guess it will be a mistery to me. Not knowing names as in i do not want them on the internet, but if you have concerns maybe you should talk to that person and get things striaght.

The Budwicks in CP are the best people you could meet. There are a lot of "jealous" people. Once you get to know them, you would think they are awesome.
