I've walked the streets during many nights, spent time at the cemetery, tolbertz crossing and the old site of the Capt's House, the ghost's are here, just too many like you that haven't got the intelligence to understand it's not the town, it's the history.............

Seems that paranormal activity is picking up in town, over the last couple of weeks I've had some interesting encounters in a house that I've been allowed into for research. I've had everything from foot steps in an empty room, to actually having something sit down on a couch as I asked questions in the room, the home owner watched as the cushion collapsed and the springs squeaked, twice during my visits there visible shadows passed between people. The history of the house, 2 family members died in the house, many unexplained occurrences like doors being locked or opening when no one is there, TV's being turned on or off for no reason, the home owner stated that light bulbs never last a month before burning out.

Ready for more and more, and as the activity picks up I hope to be spending my nights out speaking with them and attempting to document them for the History of Quanah.

So have you checked out the court house? they have a ghost in there that talks when you come out of the elevater, and he shuts doors and they have a picture of a ghost sitting on the steps inside the court house.I think he also plays around with the telephones.Heard it was a judge that died there. Check it out before they redo the inside.

If you know of any haunted places Investigating is fairly simple, get permission to be there, be prepared to sit a lot,ask a lot of questions while recording everything, take flash pictures as well as video if you have the equipment. That's the basics of it, there are other things that can be done once yo have a 'routine' and get some experience Do some research online and you will get thousands of idea's, feel free to email me here or on the website listed on the picture, if you have any questions. Good Luck!

Ask the sheriff, he can tell you or at the judge's office, or ask the custodian that worked at the court house, he's the one with the pic. They will tell you. The sheriff can tell you who it was that died there too.

Been researching the Courthouse the last few days, very interesting History there, thank you for the 'heads up' everyone! Keep an eye at the website, will be posting some interesting pictures and hopefully a video in the next few weeks along with some Historical facts that tie the Courthouse with Talbort's crossing. Always looking for more places to investigate and research!

On a side note, as you see I've had a post removed for spamming, anyone can spread their BS anywhere they want, but Please keep this topic about Ghost and Legends, if you Really care about the History and Future of our town, Thank You.
