Just heard that one of Crowells finest thought it was necessary to shoot a dog. The dog was very friendly, never bit anyone. Its only crime was getting out of his yard once in awhile. Maybe it was shot because it was thought to be a pitbull. Mayberry is dead and Barney used his only bullet to shoot a family pet. So sad

Wow!!! Really!?! I wonder how he'd feel if someone went to his house and into his yard and shot his dog? Small town hick deputies get away with everything, and don't know how to do their jobs the right way!!! I hope he goes to bed at night thinking about that poor dog he shot and killed rather than real criminals whom he probably couldn't handle...
