I am jim ,i pator a small church.My mother got really sick,terminal.We hired a woman named kim frasure,later on we found out she also used the last name lolt.Kim was suppose to be a care giver for my grandmother,while she was sick.Well to make a long story short,kim stole all my grandmothers jewlry,her credit cards and check book.We found out later her mother diane hastins was helping her to steal these items and how to sell them.you people in lincolton should be aware of these two.I am still searching the house for other things these two stole. god bless you all

I knew that there was something wrong about kim,when the church was boken into and a lot of money and conputers were stolen.I knew she had a boyriend who had a bad reputation about breaking into places,i put two and two together and i guess her and her boyfrien needed some money for drugs,so they picked us.I gave those two a lot of money out of my own pocket to rent a trailer and to get the lights cut on,and they stole from the church anyway. the police will get them sooner or later.I bet her mother ahs a lot of solen items in her trailer,her name is diane hastings,does anyone know where her mother lives? have a blessed day

I know kim frasure also known as kim holt she uses both names,for nefarious purposes. her boy friens name is christopher goins,a known theif and other crimes.I moved in with kims mother for about six months,all they did was drugs and sell them.I saw what they werr doing and decided to move out as soon as possible,as i did not approve of thier lifestyles and did not want to get in trouble by living with them in that trailer.Kims own children will not anything to do with her,that ought to tell you a lot about her.One night they came into the house about three oclock in the morning all drugged up,They had a lot of cash on them and a couple of pistols and rifles,i can only assume they had stolen them from someones house or person.I did not contact the police,because feard for my life,because this chistopher goins is a dangerous man.I only hope they catch them doing somethingand put them away for a long time.Then people in vale and lincolton will be safer.kIM AND HER MOTHER LIVE ON BUD DAVIS ROAD IN A TRILER.I would watch the very close. yours sincerely Jim

I met them when visiting a friend in NC. stayed with them some when there. Very odd people. Diane lives on Bud Davis Road in Vale. Diane and Kim also visit dianes ex boyfriend Harold on Peeler or wise rd in Vale cause Kim is now having sex with him for drugs cause he supplies everyone in Vale with pot, pills and meth. They all do pot and meth and pills. People like that are dangeroys and cant be trusted.

THIS IN RESPONSE TO THE NEW VISITORS INFORMATION.I have had the misfortune of meeting kim and diane.They came to newton,nc,while my father was really ill and we needed some woman to take care of the old man,while he was sick.It seemed to me at first that kim and her mother diane hastings were just the women we were looking for.Because my sister and i have jobs and families,hiring them seemed like it might be a godsend.BOY WAS I WRONG!The first thing i noticed after a couple of weeks was that pop seemed to be getting sicker.So i started to check his medicine ,AND LO AND BEHOLD,HIS PAIN MEDICINE WAS RUNNING OUT BEFORE IT WAS TO BE REFILLED.I then suspected that someone was stealing his medicine.I talked it over with my sister and we came to the conclusion that kim frshure and her mother diane hastings were stealing pops medicine.I checked around to see if anything else was missing and there was a lot of things missing.A gold railroad watch,an antique chest of drawers and pops credit cards.We checked and found out that two thousand and fifty five dollars had been withdrawn from his account.From now on if any of you people out there need some one to take care of a elderly person,had better check out that person out very carefully.Get a criminal back ground check and some damn good references.

Wow. After reading all this it is evident that the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. The mama has trained her daughter real well. Takes special people.....real jerks and low lifes to do that. How can adults who proclaim to be Christians and attend church every Sunday (the mom does) steal medicine, money, credit cards and an old watch from a sick person?!? I knew they were sorry but not that sorry. if I was u and if u have enough evidence and time I would press charges on them and take them to court just to watch them sit in court and squirm in their seats. U would not get your items back but it would be justice served. Sounds like they have scammed, lied and cheated alot of people. And making them sit in court and not having access to their smokes.......cigs and pot.......while waiting for their case to be heard would be worth it to me.
