I get the idea that the only reason the Cherryville police department ever arrested crooks was to get the competition off their territory. This is the police department that our city council is so desperate to keep? If a Cherryville police officer came to my door I would not let them in my house out of fear they were casing my house.

Come on. "You stole some jewelry and a Rolex? That's OK just return them and we will forget about it." REALLY! Chief Woody and Captain Mike should be looking over their shoulders for the FBI or SBI to put some cuffs on them! You can not honestly tell me that neither one of them did not know something about was going on, let alone being involved themselves.

The culture in Cherryville in ANY position of authority has been "what can I get out of it?"

The city council had better start having open discussion about how they are making decisions. I for one will remember next election.

The problem is that the city council does that same thing. Ever notice a city truck doing work at a council members house? I have and thats stealing the same as the police and city office workers have done. Clean house and take them to jail. Someone said they can't even play cops and robbers in Cherryville because all the cops are the robbers.

Rolex, Rolex, who has the Rolex?

Class III weapons violations, on multiple fronts, should be next.

Well it's now time to arrest the rest of the former cpd crocks. Who knows how many of he copd that is there now are the same. Seen in the local paper they need more cpd. Why don't they go to the local jail or prison and hire some one.
