No that is not what I was stating at all. I simply meant that as well as his salary he gets income to his retirement fund. Point blank. As for crime in Crossville, no I never implied that if there were no crime he would not get paid. It's just a bonus on his part that there in fact is so much crime in Crossville. That is what I am implying...... As far as my credibility goes, I am a very credible person. I am just stating my opinion on this matter.... Just like yourself.
Sorry that you initially misinterpreted my post from yesterday, now that it has been clarified, hope you have a great day!
Do you think it's not right that he should receive a bonus for dealing with an increasingly growing case load? Private sector workers occasionally get compensated when they work much harder in a given period of time and manage to keep up with the increased demands for productivity, should public sector workers be prohibited from this incentive to work harder?

By the way, thank you for your calmness and the rational expression of your opinion. That's fairly rare around here.

To Warner is not my favorite...here's a simple solution, scan the document and post it here. That way we'll all know whether you're telling the truth or lying.

Why would she post personal information about herself on such a sleazy forum board? That would be incredibly stupid.

Yes, your exactly right. I do believe that he should recieve that. But as far as my opinion goes, he will not recieve my vote again, just for this simple fact of my part in my custody case that was dragged out for 4 years!! It was not a simple custody case and I actually was the plaintiff in the case, not the defendant. I went through years of trying to protect my child from the defendant ( who was a repeat criminal) in which the judge always gave a slap on the wrist to the defendant I was in court with. 5 years later, actually just a few months ago, I finally got the judgement that I deserved in the case, and I now do not have to worry about the defendant any longer. Justice was served FINALLY after 5 years of pure hell for my family...... So in that respect, my past experiences with judge Warner have not impressed me at all, if he has turned over a new leaf and "layed the law down" here recently, then great!! More power to him..... Hopefully we can get all these habitual offenders and criminals off the streets and into the jails where they belong.

it would be quite simple for her to redact any personal information from the document while still leaving enough info to prove it's an official document and not something made in Word.

That "Judge's retirement" fee actually goes to the state for retirement for ALL judges across the state of Tennessee. It does NOT go directly to Warner and NO JUDGE get paid based on the number of people in court or going to jail.

In reality the Judge is just a rubber stamp for the Prosecutor who has already made determinations and plea bargains behind the scene.

A great show is put on for public consumption, but the truth is it's a done deal when court time comes.

If the Judge frequents local bars he'd be hanging out with at least a half dozen local attorneys who are notorious drunks.:)

Your assumption that "notorious drunks" is all you'll find in a bar is as flawed as the assumption that all you'll find in church are "good Christians."

Anyone who would even CONSIDER smoking, snorting, or shooting a mixture of household chemicals clearly marked 'poison' in the first place is in no position to call ANYONE a dumbass.

Everyday struggle? Do you stare at the can of Drano you keep under your sink and think to yourself, "I could really go for some of that right now".

As far as "judge mental" people, have you ever seen videos on Youtube of people getting hurt doing stupid stunts, like trying to jump from the bed of one moving truck to another while doing 45 mph only to end up falling between them and sustaining a broken leg and severe road rash?

The guy in the video, that's you. I'm one of the many who got a kick out of watching and making fun of the idiot dumb enough to try it in the first place.

He was bitching about "drug addicts." Caffeine is technically a drug and people addicted to it experience withdrawal when they stop "taking it." I am not defending meth heads whatsoever, I'm just attacking that poster's sanctimonious, better than thou attitude when, in all likelihood, he is being a hypocrite.

What a joke. Raise the bond then dismiss the charges. Boy he showes them who's in charge.

Raise the bonds. Lol. Just making the bondsman more money. Plus the bondsman let them out on payments.

Crossville come sit in the court room and see it for yourself.

Personally, i have never saw anyone with as many charges as amber proffitt and has never got any lengthy jail time at all for any and all those charges, same with carmella dykes.
