How do you file a complaint against a school employee violating school confidentiality rules?

You put bacon in an envelope and mail it to the principal. This lodges the complaint automatically.

BTW Minus nice to see you again!!

I searched the pictures for a romantic place to eat that you posted ages ago, but it must have been in a thread instead of in the picture area.

Again, good to see you!!!

as long as you have proof you can file a complaint with the school board. If not then there isn't anything you can really do.

There is a process. First you complain to the principal, then to the DOS then to the BOE.

Check out the BOE website for the policy and follow it or you are wasting your time and nothing will be done.

Just FYI

I have already told and met with the principal? Shouldn't the staff member be moved to another school or something?

You have to do everything in writing. You cannot just have a verbal meeting with the Principal. Send something in writing to the Principal and if you are not satisfied after your formal meeting with the principal, then you send something in writing to the Director of Schools within a couple of days (check the BOE website for the policy on time line, etc). If you are not satisfied with the Director of Schools response, then you write a letter to the Board. All of this has to be done within certain time limits, otherwise, they will not hear your complaint.

Just an observation. Concerned parent is the second person who has said what to do. If OP is looking for just a quick way to get someone in trouble perhaps the child is learning bad skills at home, won't follow directions and wants to just take an easy way out of lessons. Oviously the OP could go to the web site that was mentioned twice if they are able to try and get easy help off topix.

"Confidentiality rules?"...ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!

Seriously now...psychiatrists claim the exact same thing, but let me tell you about that doctor.

If your problem was weird or funny enough, he's talking to his friends about YOU!...LMAO!!!
