Yeah our Chamber of Commerce does not operate with clean hands. They use the housing authority for all their little projects. its funny, the government funds, supposedly going to build houses and maintain units in CHA, are used for the Chamber. well this wouldnt happen unless somebody who is higher up in one organization, is married to the other party. Now that is a no-no.

Just because a separation notice is required doesn't mean there is a limit on reasons. They could give you a separation notice claiming you were fired for driving to work with improper tire pressure and it wouldn't make a difference.

you said "nor do they have to give you a separation notice" according to law they do. i have never heard of someone being refused one, why would an employer refuse to give one, so you can not be fired?

Not to mention they let their RM's treat the DSP's like shit. SOME RM's steal from the SR's and the upper management doesn't do crap about it. They train you not to sleep on the job or to be at your SR's house when not on the clock to just "Socialize" but yet when you take your concerns to the Residential Coordinator they blow it off. They need to make up their minds on what is allowed and whats not.. It's apparently ok the clock out then turn around and do a mispunch for 30mins later so you can get paid to screw on the clock while other employees are there covering your shift. THIS IS place is JOKE! If you have a family member that is a SR at Hilltoppers INC then you should set up a camera in the house and see what really goes on there. Maybe one in the workshop as well to hear how the talk to and treat the SR's just cause they don't like them. Many of these people should have jobs in the company. They run off the the people who truely care and keep the ones that take advantage of the SR's. All I can say is, May God Have Mercy on You..

hilltoppers is a joke, and is nothing but a way for stupid people (in the office) to rip other stupid people (the residents) off, and take advantage of the stupid people in the middle,(workers). They have a sorry bunch running that show. the one woman in the office is an idiot.

As long as the chamber has anything to do with it.if you pay a decent wage the other factorys raise he'll until the chamber tells them to lower wage to everyone elses scale or you can't come hear

The factories don't have to raise hell for the Chamber to do something; they ARE the chamber. As I understand it, a Chamber Of Commerce is made up of representatives from all the biggest businesses in town. I've heard that Colinx has a few members there, which might make for more than a coincidence that they have managed to stay the highest paying employer in town.

I would say the Asian Spa out on Peavine Road would probably be the worse place to work for...could you imagine being the janitor there...or better yet one of the masseuse's...lmao...so now you folks know that the jobs you have are not that bad...try doing their jobs for a day

i agree i have someone really close works there and that place is bad news no raises nothin its crap the pay and all
