Regaurdless of that he should be honest and fair and he is not! he does make decisions on some cases before he even hears them.. i know that one for a fact.. and that is shameful. when u become judge u are supposed to be fair and honest. that he is not. maybe in some cases but not a majority of them. but we all are entitled to our opinions of him. so be it.

I'll be damned if I have to sit there and watch the man who ruins everyone's lives for petty offenses get away with breaking the law.

If, in fact, Judge Warner is an alcoholic; one should contact the state Bar Association and give them the video someone mentioned. No one should be interpretting the law and handing down sentences if they are truly an alcoholic. Also, if a video does exist, morally one is obligated to report a public official who is abusing his/her status. I am disappointed that someone has not already reported this. I would have never thought of Larry as being an alcoholic, but if he is he does not deserve to sit on the bench and judge others. I hope whomever has videos can honestly live with him or herself knowing this information. I would worry something bad might happen and I would not want it on my conscious the rest of my life.

Dude, he is a judge, his job is to penalize you for breaking the law. If he didn't do that he would be replaced.

All one has to do to make such a video themselves is to take a video recorder into Mitch's Lounge in Tansi any night on the weekend and simply point the lens at him for a while. It's really that simple.

Very Very True. Tape the man. I know for a fact that he drives home drunk every night from mitche's gets up the next day, and hands out DUI sentences all day...How is THAT justice? I mean, DUI violators need to have their license taken, permanently if you ask me, but the sentencing needs to be handled by someone who is not also commiting the crim while enjoying the near invincibility that judges enjoy.

This all explains why my brother-in-law got a DUI that involved an accident then while still on probation he went off to a bar(u r not suppose to when on probation over drinking) then got a PI(public intoxication) then paid on his fines once, went in front of the judge got ALL fines dropped now driving again. Then my mother-in-law got a DUI from going 68 in a 30 that was dropped to 'wreckless driving' no fines to be paid but my husband has been paying on fines for (driving on revoked) yes more then once bc he goes to and from work for over two years and yes the honest judge won't drop he fees but now I see if there was drinking involved he probably would have pattied him on the back and say good job

If your license is suspended, you don't need to drive. Period. That is the point. I hope he went to jail too.

So explain how he can get to and from work remember he goes in at midnight we have 2 kids which sleep and night one is in school so it would be very hard on them to get woken up every night to take daddy to work. Not to mention he can't get his DL back untils fines r paid the cab company closes too early we live in bfe. I was ventin over him lettin people who drink and drive off the hooke but people who got DL revoked for something stupid like insurance bs have to suffer which btw he did go to jail everytime he got pulled over and it don't make a lick of sense that he couldn't have a DL to go to and from work to support his family but dui people get their DL backs to go to the stupid bars

Ok its real simple here. If he hadn't been doing, what he shouldn't have been doing, he wouldn't be in that boat in the first place. The reason I said I hope he went to jail, is because if your pulled over and your driving on a suspended license, then you go to jail, that is the law. I don't know what to tell you about your situation. Liability insurance is about 30 bucks a month. If your pulled over without insurance, it is the law that you loose your license. This is because, if your going to drive, you need to be able to pay for any damages you cause to other drivers, their passengers, and the property they are operating(their vehicle) when and if you get in an accident. They did make insurance mandatory, but they also made it ridiculously cheap.

Getting in a wreck with someone with no insurance is a terrible hassle, and Im not talking about the accident report. Do you realize that if your irresponsible husband were to so much as 'dink' another bumper, then that person he tapped could sue your family for basically everything you guys are worth? All because he had no insurance, and its less than 50 bucks a month. A mere fraction of a monthly salary.

When you are reprimanded for breaking the law, your supposed to learn your lesson.

Again, if he had been doing, what the law said to do, then he and your family, wouldn't be in the trouble your in now. It is not the law's fault, it is his. And you need to get huim off the road, unless you have the ability to at any time begin supporting your entire household for 12 months while he is in jail for multiple violations.

I was talking about a political figure's integrity. You brought up how breaking the law has terrible consequences on families. What you should have actually said was: "I can't believe my jack@ss husband got his license suspended for not having insurance, when insurance is only 30 bucks a month." No violins for you guys sorry, you need to b&tch at your old man, not the judge.

Ok I didn't comment on this for u to pretend u know what ur talking about u have no idea why he don't have his DL and I'm not explaining it to u. And insurance maybe 30 for u but for me now its 80 for 3 veh. And yes I pay that. I was on here bitchin that a dui is fu*king putting peoples lives in danger and everyday people r killed by some a$$ that decided to drink and drive that it shouldn't be dusted off so easily and if that's true about judge(drinking and driving) maybe he shouldn't be handling court.

Personally I like Larry Warner. But as far as his public office, I agree with you 100%. I had a lot of hope for him, he is a fair minded man despite his flaws.
