Is there still a bunch of Lesbians that work there? Maybe these men get turned on by watching who is doing who out in the parking lot. No wonder they have no tresspassing signs all over.

yeah there is so much drama that they need to make a soap about that place, Only thing is Flowers would beat any day time soap hands downs with all the cheating and drama that goes on inside that place. They have broken up so many homes in that place that i think the courthouses around have Flowers court days set aside. I have family that works there on all shifts but the worst has to be 3rd there are more marriages broken up over that shift then any. They come in the door married and go out divorced in no time. You got men who are married bringing single women or the women bringing them to work and who are on them like the shrink wrap they wrap the cakes in and not caring who knows. You have them going to the parking lot sitting in each others cars all the while they have wifes at home with the kid/kids thinking their man is working hard. Well yeah they are working hard but its not on the inside. Then you have the women who are no beeter than the men they dont care if they have husbands and kids at home they only care about is who they get to check them out next or end up in the parking lot with. Yes they need a revolving door at that plant because it is nothing but a whore house that makes cakes. I could tell a few people a thing or 2 that would open a few eyes. Just go over there any given night you would be shocked at the going ons in that parking lot.I live in another county and i know a few who are nothing but dogs they walk around with their wifes in town putting on a show but let them put on that uniform and look out they forget the wife and kids. So if your thinking of working there or your spouse just keep in mind that you may go in married but come out divorced. Right now i can tell you that i know 3 that if they get caught will be divorced and 1 has 4 kids and one has 3 kids and hell one of them hasnt even been there year and he is cheating. So if you want a job and a divorce just apply at Atwork they will set you right up.

My wife works there and I hate it . they think they own her.....she don't even know.if shes gonna have to work over her shift until the end of her shift and she don't know what days either...its stupid....and then after shes worked 40 hrs they make her work weekends too which is the only time I get to see her its completly absurd to me..I really hope she finds a real job soon...

Making up to 17.50 an hour isn't a real job? Not to mention getting time and a half for anything over 40 hours. Ive brought home after taxes around $900 or more from this "unreal" job. I think you just hate the fact that she may be around other men, and you can't keep tabs on her.

They bought the name and the recipes (formulas) NOT the BS employee retirement plan. The Hostess company fell because of their fight with the union.

I start tomorrow, first shift. I was told all last week that they are hiring, but I just had to wait until another opening came through. Only took about a week from the time I updated my information at Atwork, so not too bad. Just worried about the whole shoe-thing and not having the right shoes...If anyone can give me any info, I sure would appreciate it!

Last I heard, you have to go through @work. You can actaully fill out an application with them ( @work ) online. I did yesterday in hopes of getting on at the bakery. I don't know if they are currently hiring but from what I've heard, the pay is better than anything else around here. I have a degree in nursing but can not find anything aside from PRN or part time, so hi-ho, hi-ho, back to a factory I go. lol It sucks, but a job is a job.
