Well...again...not to make light of the murder that took place, but I seriously thought that Tinkle sounded phoney!
She tries so hard to be right, but since she can't win the battle of logic she tries then to win the battle of being sympathetic more than anyone else.
I don't know...I honestly thought it seemed phoney.
I mean if you think her "prayers" make her better than me...well I guess you can be that way if you want, but it takes more than that to impress me.
Oh...and I know the Bible backwards and forwards...and that's why I reject it as a hoax even though there are a few reasonable things in there....and please...DO NOT PRAY FOR ME...I don't want your prayers.
When will you Christian's ever learn that your self righteous arrogance is never a witness?
. Well, clearly you don't know the bible because you would have to know God to understand his word. So, clearly you think too highly of yourself as a mere man to be able to understand anything spiritual, so the words that you utter against God and his word are as meaningful as a donkey trying to teach brain surgery. Maybe someday, you will realize your not as impressive to others as you are to yourself and that God does have a purpose for your life. Until then you will never understand the bible and you will remain ignorant and unhappy.

Body identified, man in custody

Staff writer

CROSSVILLE Crossville Chronicle staff report

Within 72 hours after a body was discovered in Crab Orchard and going on five hours of sleep, officers with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department have placed a man in custody in connection with the death of a woman whose body was discovered behind a gas station in Crab Orchard Tuesday afternoon.

Allen Stacy Rogers, 32, a truck driver of North Carolina, was taken into custody Friday morning in Mitchell County, NC.

Cumberland County Sheriff's Chief Investigator Casey Cox released the identity of the woman whose body was found as Summer Nicole Nelms, 35, of Knoxville.

A preliminary report from the medical examiner reveals that Nelms died of multiple blunt force trauma and multiple stab wounds prior to being run over by a large truck.

Nelms' body was found in Crab Orchard at the BP station off Hwy. 70 E near I-40.

A search warrant is being executed on Rogers' truck and it is being treated as a crime scene.

No charges have been filed as of yet, but officials here in Cumberland County are assembling a grand jury panel to review the evidence.

Rogers was taken into custody at his employer's lot in Mitchell, NC.

You simply play the game for appearance sake.

Bi-polar?...now that's funny right there.
You see...you've been suckered by psychiatrists who talk their clinical crap like they're some kind of scientists that have actually discovered something.

You know what bi-polar really is?
When you get paid and have some money you feel pretty good...
After you pay your bills and you're broke again, you feel pretty bad.

THAT'S YOUR PHUCKING BI-POLAR!!!

I commented. It made me sick to read she said it was self defense. His whole family is clearly sick in the freaking head.

That would be because I don't change my name with every post the way you do.

What's the matter...can't you stand people keeping track of your comments?

As far as I'm concerned people who never stick with an identity are CHICKENSHISTS who can't handle feedback or culpability.

I can't wait to see how "sick in the head" the lawyers...the jury...and the court system is when the murder trial starts.

Actually his lawyer would only be the one sick in the head by defending his actions. I have no doubt the jury/court system will find him guilty. Can you think of a reason or two why they wouldn't?

That is an absolutely ridiculous question if you had stopped to think about it.

Reasons?
I haven't heard the story the defendant is going to tell yet....and if you think his story doesn't matter then I guess you also feel that the legal system and the judge are crazy to even listen to it.

I don't know if you've been living under a rock or what, but it seems to me if you were familiar with O.J. Simpson...Phil Spector...and Casey Anthony, then you wouldn't be asking me dumb questions.

If this crazy man's family has money then this could get really interesting...and yes...he could go free.

Remember...Low Tax Looper came ever so close to getting away with it....and he killed a beloved Senator!

This guy is not a celebrity or rich he was a truck driver. His family is already blabbing about self defense and if that is his defense then he is not only going to jail but they will put him under it. It also goes to show he does not have a good defense team or they would be telling him and his family to keep their mouth shut.

There also has to be a substantial amount of evidence against him for North Carolina to agree to hold him without bond for Tennessee. All this was BEFORE they even searched the truck. Which they're doing/done and will only add more evidence.
